This is a very ill person with feminine energy which leads to me to believe a woman; although some males have feminine energy than masculine; as we all have both. Look closely at the bottom of the staircase. The spirits is wearing a long night gown, has long hair, and is reaching out to break the fall and caught the railing. I sense more than one spirit in these home, and if you've not had a group investigate; I'd suggest you might consider it.
